The GSA schedule for Information Technology Services is
an alternative to many agency specific ID/IQ contracts and
most closely mirrors commercial buying practices.

How to Place Orders with Business

to assist the customer with Statement of Work (SOW) preparation
for placing order under GSA schedule consulting 132-51:
1. The Customer prepares a Purchase Requisition (PR) which
includes:

Applicable Standards / Acceptance Criteria

Security or other special requirements
2. The Customer gives the PR to the local Contracting Officer
and requests that an order be placed on BNETAL's schedule
3. The Contracting Officer requests a quote from BNETAL
4. Under the Best Value process, the Customer must review
three price lists
5. The Order can then be issued immediately
Ordering GSA Schedule products is
as easy as 1-2-3! You simply:
1. Look up our products and services by name or contract number on GSA Advantage! (www.gsaadvantage.gov).
2. For purchases up to and including $3,000
(the micro-purchase threshold), you need consider only one
vendor. You can purchase a single license for most
of our products under this threshold! For larger purchases, simply
survey the offerings of at least three GSA Schedule contractors
(you can easily do this through GSA Advantage! (www.gsaadvantage.gov)
and make a best value selection.
3. Place your order directly with BNETAL.

sales to GSA and pay the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF), at
